• Deposit – A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellation – If you cancel your reservation within 60 days you will be provided a refund minus credit card fees If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival, we do not provide a refund, unless we can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Travel Insurance – We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance. We do not refund for personal or natural emergencies.
